The United States Postal Service recently announced its stamps of 2010, including one particular set that I think will be of interest to you all: The Sunday Funnies Collection! Based on popular newspaper comic strips, the series will include stamps involving Archie, Garfield, Dennis the Menace, the cast of “Beetle Bailey,” and Calvin and Hobbes!
The stamps go on sale in July.

Google Celebrates Comics

Google is proudly displaying a fantastic DC Comics logo today boasting new comic inspired themes for iGoogle. Themes include Superman, Hulk, Vertigo, Tokyo Pop and tons more.
This seems to be the first time Google has used other IP integrated into their actual logo. Is there DC/Google venture coming up?

Comic Heroes Simpson-ized

Website Springfield Punx has gone and turned comic book heroes into Simpson-style art. A collage of characters ranging from traditionals like Spider-Man, Batman, Joker and Wolverine to some obscures like The Giant Rabbit from Donnie Darko and even Pee Wee Herman.
It’s a wonderful looking piece, see if you can name them all.
