HTC (High Tech Computing, I know real original) has announced the new smartphone Touch Diamond 2 designed around the new Windows Mobile platform which uses touch technologies. Both Engadget and Gizmodo has a walkthrough video which actually shows some promise.
One of the issues I noticed as everyone else in the comments did too was the amount of lag while scolling. If it’s not too far off from release its possible they could get that figured out in time.
